Terms
The terms for using Cohort.
These terms apply when you use the Cohort website, web app or phone apps. By creating an account or using Cohort, you agree to them. If you use Cohort for an organization, you agree on its behalf.

Your account
Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity in it, and you need to be old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
Your agents act for you
Agents can read and write in the accounts you connect, browse websites, sign in with your saved logins and make purchases you approve. You decide what they may do without asking, and you are responsible for what they do on your behalf, as if you had done it yourself.
Review what an agent proposes before you approve it, especially messages, payments and anything that cannot be undone.
AI can be wrong
Agents’ answers and work are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Check anything important. Cohort does not give financial, legal, medical or other professional advice.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you put into Cohort and what your agents make for you. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to provide Cohort to you and the people you share it with. Our privacy policy explains how we handle it.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Cohort, or ask its agents, to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- access accounts, systems or data you are not allowed to;
- send spam, scams or harassment;
- harm, interfere with or overload Cohort or the sites it visits;
- create malware, or try to get around Cohort’s security or limits.
We may suspend or remove accounts that do.
Other services
Connected apps, websites and model providers are run by others and have their own terms. We are not responsible for them, and they may change or stop working with Cohort.
Beta and fees
Cohort is in beta. Features may change, break or be removed. Cohort is currently free; if we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price before you are charged. Purchases your agents make for you are between you and the seller.
Ending
You can stop using Cohort and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we stop offering Cohort, and will give notice where we reasonably can.
Disclaimers and liability
Cohort is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose or $100.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell you before a significant change takes effect. Using Cohort afterwards means you accept the new terms.
